We try to reach all corners of the earth from MaggieDo.com. If there are any delivery restrictions on your address, you will see them at the time of purchase.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
​
All orders are handled and shipped out from our atelier. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends or holidays.

Custom Orders will be delivered on the appointed date.
​
Delivery time Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.
Please note, that shipping might be delayed in case of wrong/missing address information or stock availability in some cases. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase, and item availability.
At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost, and the delivery date of your order.

Delivery options:

- Collection at Maggie Do atelier - FREE
In the Maggie Do atelier within 4-6 working days.
Remember that the person who collects the order only needs to show the Maggie Do QR code or the QR code on the electronic receipt if and when they are the buyer. If someone else goes instead, they must show an ID card.
- Home delivery:
Standard delivery - 6.40 EUR/FREE FOR ORDERS OVER 100 EUR (applicable to non-discounted items only)
The estimated delivery time will be between 3-5 working days, depending on the delivery address.
- Express delivery - 9.95 EUR
The estimated delivery time will be between 2-3 working days.
If you have purchased as a registered user, you can modify the delivery address by accessing your order details in your account; if and when the order status allows to do so.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

Maggie Do ships to addresses within Greece.
​
Error
​
If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Maggie Do is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
​
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
​
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in EUR, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Damages
​
Maggie Do is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Address
For delivery to an address other than your home address (workplace, etc.) initial registration of your home address is required.

In case of long-term absence or delivery refusal
If you fail to receive your shipment due to absence or refusal of delivery, the order will be considered as canceled and sent back to our warehouse.
Please note that orders cannot be re-shipped. If you still wish to purchase, please place a new order.
In case deliveries get rejected or cancelled repeatedly, we reserve the right to refuse subsequent orders.

International Shipping Policy
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in EUR, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

Maggie Do is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Maggie Do to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
​
If it is a custom piece and it is returned to us, you should contact us immediately to arrange reshipping as custom orders are final sale and we cannot refund you for the purchase.
​
Should Maggie Do mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to paid immediately.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Maggie Do will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.

About Package
Please note that separate orders cannot be shipped in a single package.
Error

If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Maggie Do is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

Return & Exchange Policy

About Returns & Exchanges
​
Based on Directive 2011/83 / EU and the Consumer Code, you can exercise your rights of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt of your order for our goods.

You must return the goods to us in their original condition within 14 days after notification of the right of withdrawal.
We will refund the value of returned goods within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed in case of partial returns.

Clothing or accessories that meet your specifications cannot be returned.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned after opening the package.
Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style.
All exchanges are based on stock availability.
In order for exchanges to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged) with security tag, original packaging.
You have to print, fill in, sign and enclose the return form sent to you along with the initial parcel (indicate at the “Reasons for Return” field, that you wish an exchange).
Custom-made products refund is not accepted.

Cancellations
​
We can accept cancellations within eight (8) hours of the original order submission. In that case the original purchase and shipping amounts will be refunded. If you want to cancel an order after this timeframe please contact us via email. We will try to fulfill your request if feasible. We cannot ensure that your order will be canceled.

Return/Exchanges Fees
​
All returns/exchanges must be made by courier companies and delivered to our premises within fourteen (14) business days.
The product travels at your own risk and charges until it reaches us.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be burdened with the shipping cost of your returns/exchanges.
We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns/exchanges, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

About Refund
​
The refund procedure could take up to 14 days from confirmation of the goods' arrival.​ ​
Please note that taxes and fees are not refundable.

[A] Payment by Credit Card
If you have purchased with a credit card, we will process your refund through the credit card company after returning the goods. Depending on the circumstances of the credit card company, it could take some time until you receive the refund. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Depending on the credit card company, the refund could be made either in the same month or the following month. It is possible that the charged amount will be withdrawn from your account in that month, and the refund will be made the following month.​ ​

After returning goods arrive at our atelier, we will process your refund through PayPal.
Please check with PayPal for a detailed flow of refunds.
[C] Payment that includes the use of a coupon
Returns of goods using coupons will be refunded at the goods price after applying the coupon discount.
