  • About Registration
    Once you register as a member, you will benefit from special services such as a registered address, purchase browsing history, management of the WISHLIST, and subscription to newsletters. To make a new account, please complete the process from​ ​here .​ ​. Once registering an account, you only have to type in your e-mail address and password, and you do not have to type in your personal information at every purchase. Please make sure to read​ ​the Terms of Service​ ​when registering an account.
  • Registration Conditions
    Anyone who possesses an e-mail address for personal computer or smartphone can make an account.
  • Log in and Log out
    Once you have created an account, you can log in from MEMBERS AREA at the bottom of this site. Please log out before leaving this site when logging in from an environment where multiple people use one computer (workplace, internet cafe etc.) *The logout button is placed at the top of this site or within MEMBERS AREA.
    At MEMBERS AREA, you can manage your WISHLIST, refer to your purchase history, change membership information, register your address, and delete your account.

    You are strictly responsible for managing your own membership and password.

  • About Newsletters
    We send newsletters to inform customers about the arrival of new goods, etc. If you are receiving e-mails from designated domains, you might not be able to receive e-mails from us.   • About color
    Please note that, although we try our best to display the color of the goods as accurately as possible when we take and upload pictures of goods, it is still possible that colors may be expressed differently due to the settings and the quality of the customer's computer monitor, mobile phone's model, etc.

    All orders are shipped with DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE service. Track your parcel here.​ ​. Please note, that the shipping company cannot be changed. All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Greece.

  • Shipping Fees
    Shipping fees vary depending on weight & shipping address and will be displayed on the checkout page.
  • When will my order be processed?
    All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
  • Delivery time
    Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please note, that shipping might be delayed in case of wrong/missing address information or stock availability in some cases.
  • Shipping Address
    For delivery to an address other than your home address (workplace, etc.) initial registration of your home address is required.
  • What if I don't receive my order?
    If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • In case of long-term absence or delivery refusal
    If you fail to receive your shipment due to absence or refusal of delivery, the order will be considered canceled and sent back to our warehouse. Please note that orders cannot be re-shipped. If you still wish to purchase, please place a new order. In case deliveries get rejected or canceled repeatedly, we reserve the right to refuse subsequent orders.

    Please note that separate orders cannot be shipped in a single package.
  • Shopping Cart
    Due to the system, the goods are not completely secured for purchase until you are completely done with the purchase process even if the goods are placed in the shopping cart. Since multiple customers can put the same goods at the same time in their respective shopping carts, please note that another customer may complete the purchase procedure and the stock could run out.
  • Confirmation E-mail
    Once your order is completed, we will automatically send you an order confirmation email to the registered e-mail address within a few minutes. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail of your order, there is a possibility of trouble so please contact us. * Some free e-mails such as Hotmail may not receive our e-mails even if there is no error in the address.   • Can I change or cancel my order?
    As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. However, if the delivered goods are different from the ones you have ordered, or if there is clear damage on the delivered goods, please contact us.

  • About Returns & Exchanges
    Based on Directive 2011/83 / EU and the Consumer Code, you can exercise your rights of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt of your order for our goods. You must return the goods to us in their original condition within 14 days after notification of the right of withdrawal.
