After placing a Sur Mesure order, we will contact you to provide instructions for submitting your measurements. Accurate measurements are essential for ensuring a perfect fit, so we recommend following our provided guidelines or contacting us for assistance.

Please note that Sur Mesure items require additional time to produce, as they are handcrafted specifically for you. Depending on the complexity of the design, the production process may take several weeks to up to a month. Once your order is ready, we will notify you and arrange delivery.
