About sale items
Based on Directive 2011/83 / EU and the Consumer Code, you can exercise your rights of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt of your order for our goods.
What happens if my item needs to be made to order?
For items that are not readily available, such as custom designs or Sur Mesure pieces, the preparation process will take additional time. Depending on the complexity of the item, this process may take several weeks to up to a month. Once we receive your order, we will promptly contact you to provide an estimated delivery timeline.
Do you offer Sur Mesure (custom sizing)?
Yes, we offer Sur Mesure services for many of our designs, allowing you to have a piece tailored to your exact measurements. After placing a Sur Mesure order, we will contact you to provide instructions for submitting your measurements. Accurate measurements are essential for ensuring a perfect fit, so we recommend following our provided guidelines or contacting us for assistance.
Please note that Sur Mesure items require additional time to produce, as they are handcrafted specifically for you. Depending on the complexity of the design, the production process may take several weeks to up to a month. Once your order is ready, we will notify you and arrange delivery.
